Here's how it works:
We provide women subsistence farmers with smartphones preloaded with videos. These are extension videos, sharing agriculture best practices. We are currently partnered with Gulu University, to support our program and help select women. The videos can be rewatched to help the women, who are mostly illiterate, learn to farm effectively. This knowledge and ownership over their learning creates an empowering environment where they can finally end generational poverty and hunger.
